Education reflects the degree of civilization of a country, representing the level of cultural development of a country. The quality of education is directly related to the development of the country’s political and economic development of education and also led the national quality. But once deviated from the normal track of development of education, it will bring irreparable damage and irreparable damage to the community. In the northeastern region of Japan ruled fourteen years, the development of education in Northeast China has been severely hampered, physical and spiritual people of the Northeast have suffered a huge blow, the crimes committed by the Japanese in the Northeast can be described as too numerous to mention.In this paper, the background of Manchukuo period, start on Japan in the northeast region of the colonial education as the main content of the article is divided into four parts. The first part of the introduction, mainly introduces the purpose and significance, research methods, innovation and northeast scholars present research article in this regard.
