A Study On The Party Construction In State-owned Enterprises

The construction of the party is an important political guarantee for the great achievements of China's modernization.The starting point and foothold of Party building is the construction of the grass-roots organizations of the Communist Party of China,the foundation of our party's grass-roots organizations,and the main responsibility for implementing all policies.The promotion of the process of reform and the maintenance of social stability need to rely on the strength of the grass-roots party organizations.As an important force to promote the economic development of our country,the grass-roots party construction work is also very important.With the continuous development of society,the internal structure of state-owned enterprises is also constantly optimized,and the work of Party building is also showing a deepening development.Its role is also increasing.But there are also some problems.The emergence of these problems will have a serious impact on the development of state-owned enterprises and the smooth development of Party building.Based on the work of Party building status of China Railway Bridge Bureau as an example to study,analysis of the development of Party building work in state-owned enterprises achievements and shortcomings and points out the main problems existing in the work of Party building in state owned enterprises,combined with the theory of the party building work to discuss and analyze the main factors and the causes of these problems,based on absorbing the research results on the former,proposed to actively promote the work of Party building of state-owned enterprises countermeasures and suggestions.In order to improve the macro regulation and control of the party construction work of the state-owned enterprises,improve the work enthusiasm of the civil servants at the grass-roots level,and then strengthen the administrative efficiency of the party building work of the state-owned enterprises.This chapter is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,the research object and the significance of the research,the research ideas and the research methods.The second chapter mainly explores the party building work of state-owned enterprises,introduces the basic contents,and introduces the connotation,goals and theoretical basis of Party building in state-owned enterprises from a theoretical perspective.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of the party's construction and development in state-owned enterprises,including the achievements,problems and reasons.In the fourth chapter,the present situation of Party Construction in state-owned enterprises is analyzed in combination with the combination of theory and practice.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures.Combined with the preceding analysis,we will provide references and suggestions for the active development of Party Construction in state-owned enterprises,and put forward the optimization way and method.
