In today’s society, the information technology develops so fast and has brought great convenience for study, work and life of people. As a special social group, disabled people are facing obstacles in all aspects of life due to the disabled physical defects. The same as the able-bodied people, the disabled are eager to learn, work without obstacle. Compared with healthy people, disabled people are more expected to realize their own value to enhance their sense of existential. The emergence and development of information technology has brought opportunities for disabled people to realize their own value, because it can help them better enjoy the information technology achievements for their learning, work and life. Having access to information equally is an important right of the disabled. Disabled by information technology value compensation for the disabled, which is not only good for their own survival, but also has positive significance to realize the value of the disabled. The value of paying attention to the disabled not only meets the need of building a harmonious society in China, but also has important significance to realization of the China Dream.Based on the previous research of the value of the disabled people, the article thought of value from the ethical perspective of disabled persons, respectively, from Bentham’s utilitarianism, Kant’s absolute morality, Rawls’ s theory of justice three angles to analyze the value of the disabled, expounded the role of information technology for the disabled value compensation, and put forward to the information technology on the specific problems of the disabled value compensation. Problems like the lack of attention, design and information products of information technology on the disabled access to information and to communicate the presence of obstacles, the existing defects of library services and the low promotion of the disabled information construction process, make us ask the opinion of feasibility, which has the very strong practical significance.
