Research Of China Neighborhood Committees Administerization

After reform and opening up, process of urban construction is faster and faster. And core of city management moves to community. The importance of community in city management is strengthen. Accompany with that, self government of neighborhood committee is weaker, while administration is stronger than before. This kind of tendency takes effect on resident’s self government, as well as bad effect on proper management of community.By means of field trip on community residents committee of H living community, we found administerization reflects mainly on work load of community is serious, community worker are in dual role dilemma, election of community becomes a mere formality, resource comes from allocation of government and so on. The formation of administerization has historic and realistic reasons. This paper has some basic research on solution of administerization through transforming function of government, straightening relations between government and community, intensifying service function of community, developing multielement and subject governance and improving laws and regulations.
