In 1974 Wallerstein published his masterpiece <The politics of the world-economy>, dividing the world into the Center, semi-periphery and periphery. In the context of the rapid development of globalization, capitalist globalization had expanded rapidly, with United States as the core of the central countries, split by unequal international division of labor and Exchange edge and edge States of exploitation, maintained their "Rentier" status.As the capitalist crisis emerging, China is becoming stronger in a high speed since opening up and reform, United States supremacy in the center of the capitalist world system and constantly challenged.
