The Process Of Urbanization In Guangxi Ethnic Community Cultural Governance Reserach

Along with urbanization, Guangxi ethnic minority residents in the community are gradually access from countryside to city, which changes the pattern of Guangxi population concentration. Especially the demolition and remake, which constitute the new pattern of hybrid live of the ethnic group and form a new community relations. Guangxi ethnic culture as one of the Chinese nation precious cultural resources is productive experience and precious wealth of all ethnic groups in Guangxi who in the production of creative process, what’s more, as an important carrier of traditional national community will inevitably conflict with national culture formed in the urbanization process of the new community. How to lead the cultural change and innovation of the ethnic community in the process of urbanization, to realize the harmonious development of urbanization and the coordination of the national community culture, which need relevant management body to actively cooperative governance.By sorting out related content of community cultural development and governance at home and abroad, it is easy to find that most of research papers focus on infrastructure construction of community culture, public participation. There are few studies on the cultural governance of the national community in the process of urbanization development and the national community in the cultural governance. Therefore, the research about the cultural governance of the ethnic community has some theoretical value, which is conducive to the integration of community cultural resources and to improve the identity and sense of belonging of community residents.Firstly, the paper analyzes the related concepts of national communities and ethnic communities and summarizes related culturalgovernance of the theory and the theory of governance d community,which clarifies the theoretical foundation of research. In the third chapter of the article, paper generalizes the trajectory of ethnic community culture and summarizes the main content of the Guangxi zhuang culture, which further points out the present status of Guangxi ethnic community cultural development and the trend.Secondly, the paper selects horse town of Nanning as research object which has obvious typical zhuang community cultural characters in the urbanization process of the development changes. Meanwhile, through file studies, literature’s analysis, interviews, and questionnaire survey methods does the paper also summarize the horse town governance experience of the development of community culture, and points out its weak participation main body to respond, the contradiction between supply and demand of cultural conflict, such as governance dilemma. Then the paper summarizes the ethnic community cultural dilemma is the comprehensive function of weak, utilitarianism, prominent, and poor motility.Finally, based on the present situation of the horse town community cultural governance analysis, the paper comes up with cultural governance countermeasure under the background of urbanization ethnic community,and also speculates the outlook of the national community cultural governance pattern.Through the research, the paper puts forward different cultures governance model, to play a catalytic role of social organizations,raise awareness of resident participation and evaluation capacity, inherit and develop the proposed national language, afford cultural industries policy, which provides a direction for the sustainable development of the national community culture management.
