A Study On The Cultural Conflicts Of Resettlement Community And The Countermeasures Of It

With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the constant accelerating of the urbanization process, and a great amount of rural land being taken, tens of millions of farmers left their original homes for the cities actively or passively, which gave birth to a new thing ---resettlement communities. Because of the long-standing exist of urban-rural dual structure; resettlement of residents will inevitably face the conflicts of the urban-rural dual culture. The effects of solving this problem directly affect the community building, social stability and urban development of our country, so special attention must be paid. However, the situation of the long-standing urban-rural dual culture has constituted an insurmountable obstacle to the resettlement of residents. That the resettlement residents who are deeply affected by the farming culture have a certain contradiction to different cultures and their relative lack of culture and knowledge can not make them accept new ideas and thoughts quickly .at the same time, the conflicts of economic benefits may arise during the resettlement process, all of which can make the resettlement residents confused and dazed, unable to adapt to the coming urban culture, unable to produce the sense of identity and belonging of the resettlement community culture. All of the international successful experience has shown that the default made of the community, planning community structure, optimizing the environment of the community, emphasis on community culture building and emotional inheritance can eliminate the conflicts of the resettlement community cultures invisibly, and develop the same values and the new common community culture. The research of the situation of the resettlement community cultural conflicts and seeking the solving methods, on the basis of the empirical research naturally become a subject that has a major theoretical and practical significance. This paper explored and researched the university city resettlement community, Shapingba District, Chongqing. As we all know, Chongqing has a typical characteristics of a large city with large rural areas .The urban-rural dual structure of Shapingba District is very obvious, being reflected in the culture, the invisible dual structure is also very obvious.This has brought more pressure on the resettlement work of immigration during the process of urbanization, of course, this also has provided a good resource for us to carry out the resettlement community research .By examining the various problems of resettlement community culture of university city Shapingba district,Chongqing.We can basically find resettlement communities in our country. In order to enhance the accuracy of research, I chose community identity, community satisfaction, a sense of community belonging and other related indicators, and I visited University City community of Chongqing in person, studied the problems and causes of community cultural conflicts realistically, and tried to put forward corresponding countermeasures on this basis. I hope this paper can provide theoretical reference on the healthy development of resettlement community in our country.
