Study On The Development Of The Socialist "Ecological Civilization"

"Ecological civilization" is a developmental concept, no matter discuss it in theory or in practice, a developmental attitude should be obtained, and get a way of development. Survey the ecological civilization issue in this way, it always develop in a way of keeping pace with The Times. This paper has four chapters, expanding by following the development logic of ecological civilization. The first chapter is introduction, mainly includes the value, significance and basic ideas of the topic. The second chapter "the cognitive process of ecological civilization", examines the cognitive process of "ecological civilization" and its theoretical basis. First of all, start from the perspective of the future sociology, display multiple discussion of the the new civilization of post-industrial since the 1940s, then examine how to summarize this new picture of civilization by the Chinese academic circles with the concept of "ecological civilization", finally, outline the cognitive process and cognitive outcomes of "ecological civilization" as a whole. Then based on this basis, discuss ecological civilization theory basis of Marx and Engels. Firstly inspects Marx and Engels viewing the nature of relationship between man and nature, man and society, man and labor, to reveal the separation of man and nature, inevitable cause the alienation of labor and the separation of people and society, this is the inevitable of industrial civilization, unlimited of capitalism’s greedy, possessive and predatory nature. Then reveal Marx and Engels think that a true human society, is a society that has harmonious of the human and the nature and has harmonious of man and society. In such a society, finished the naturalistic, equal to the humanitarian, and as a completed humanitarian, equal to naturalism, it is the real solution between the contradiction of man and nature, person and person. Therefore, ecological civilization is the trinity of "naturalism, humanitarian, communism", only follow the trinity principle of "naturalism, humanitarian, communism", the reconstruction of contemporary civilization can obtain the real ecological regression. The third chapter "the practice exploration of ecological civilization", reveals the construction of ecological civilization theory inevitable point to practical exploration, draw the outline of the two spans and further development of ecological civilization’s exploration design: firstly, the report of the 17th national congress adopted the construction of "ecological civilization" into "the new requirements to realize the comprehensive construction well-off society goal" of and constitute as part of the national development strategy and organic content. Therefore, practice development of ecological civilization should make efforts from two aspects:one is adjust the economic construction as the center of the demands of social development and treat economic growth as the basic sustainable development mode, exploring the sustainable development way of survival; the second is to innovate system, making system of habitat, this is the essential system and law guarantee so as to explore the sustainable survival way of development.
