A Study On The Promotion Of Organizational Identification Of CCP Among Student Communists In Colleges

Organizational Identification is an important concept in business management behavioristics, and is adopted to deal with the relationship between an organization and its members. As the important part of CCP and the youth, the organizational identification towards CCP of student communists in colleges determines the Party’s future and fate. The complicated and changeable domestic and international situation and multiculturalism has brought about great influence on their sense of identity belonging towards CCP. So the study has both theoretical and realistic values.Based on the theory of Organizational Identification, this paper has shaped its own theory of organizational identification of CCP among student communists. It is defined as the consistency in recognition, emotion or behavior between members and the Party, and its functions are to support, to guide the members and to cohere. There are three dimensions to measure it. The cognitive one measures the degree of knowing the related knowledge and current activities; the affective one measures the inner feelings towards CCP; the last one show their support to behaviors of CCP.In order to know the status quo of organizational identification of CCP, this study designs a 24-question scale of three dimensions by literature analysis, expert consultation and confirmatory factor analysis. By polling 584 student communists of six colleges in Guangzhou several conclusions are made. First, The level of organizational identification of CCP is above better-than average and the emotional one is the best. Second t three dimensions of the status quo have no obvious differences among different students. Third, personal features like gender, age and party standing have no obvious influences on organizational identification of CCP.It is the key to find out main factors to construct the complicated organizational identification towards CCP of student communists. They are challenges of western Parties and multiculturalism, influences of the Party’s work style and prominence of growth environment and psychophysical characteristics. Then through concerted efforts of the whole Party, organizational identification of CCP can be internalized and show the behaviors of student communists. Rebuilding the image of CCP constructs the identification of public opinions; perfecting institutions ensures role identification; strengthening theoretical education cultivates value identification; intensifying Party building organizationally impels organizational identification.
