Research On Student Emergency Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Undergraduate Colleges

At present,our country has entered the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,but we still face some serious social problems,and social contradictions still exist in a certain range and affect our society.It faces with complex internal and external environment for the development of universities.It's an important part of higher education for Local undergraduate universities,which a large part of them has been upgraded from a number of primary schools to the level of undergraduate education.Compared to some old and key universities.There are more universities and larger Numbers of students for Local undergraduate universities,and it's also a challenge to the management of them.The paper mainly adopts literature research method and case analysis method to carry out research.Based on the analysis of several typical cases of students in Sanming college,the paper summarizes the effectiveness and existing problems of local undergraduate institutions in emergency management of students'emergencies,and this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in emergency management of students in these institutions from the aspects of the construction of emergency management team needs to be strengthened,the construction of emergency management mechanism is not perfect,and emergency management subject synergy needs to be optimized.On the basis of problem and cause analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on the emergency management of students in local undergraduate colleges from four aspects:strengthening the construction of the team,Improving the emergency mechanism,multi subject participation...
