Problems And Countermeasures Of Synchronous Audio And Video Recording System Existing In The Public Security Organizations

Due to the Ariticle 121 of the new criminal procedure law stipulates the system of synchronous audio and video recording of interrogation, it’s the first time that the system of synchronous audio and video recording of interrogation is applied to the judicial practice which clearly define the status of the system of synchronous audio and video. Also, the current situation of the former system operating of synchronous audio and video recording has been influenced, and the whole process f the interrogation of a criminal suspect by the public security organizations can be regulated by the law. After that, how to make audio and video recording system run efficiently has become the priority after the final established of it in law. Based on the author’s working experiences in the Public security organizations, this paper is aimed to analyze the difficulties in terms of using the audio and video recording system by the public security organizations. Thus, these problems will be solved from the several aspects such as the foreign successful experience, the audio and video recording system in itself and the awareness of the public security organizations’ staff.
