The Study On The Culture Development Of The Grassroots Procuratorate

The culture of Procuratorate is an important component of China’s socialist legal culture with Chinese characteristics. It is a unique ideals and beliefs values that the prosecutors’oversight which formed in the long-term legal practice. It embodies the basic properties of the Procuratorate and becomes the guidelines spirit of prosecution. An advanced Procuratorate culture can provide an inexhaustible motive force for the construction of judicial reform. It also plays an important role in for strengthening prosecution team building, professional skills and institution-building, and promoting the scientific development of the Procuratorial work simultaneously. Thus, we should focus on the culture development of most basic level of the Procuratorate cause it is the basic of the organization. To make forward on the culture development in the Grassroots’ Procuratorate, and having a clear idea on its’innate character, function and development course is very essential. In this paper, the author thesis is that the culture development of most basic level of the Procuratorate has a very prominent significance for the whole Procuratorate organization. He also gives several advices to the culture development of the Grassroots’Procuratorate.
