The Study Of Ideological And Political Education Of Employees Of The ABC’s County Branch

A good government management will make the country peaceful,and powerful counties will make the country prosperous. As a large state-controlled commercial banks that serving the agriculture、urban and rural areas for the mission,since its establishment, the Agricultural Bank of China has been attaching great importance to the development of county branches and continually increasing investment in them with policy、capital and technology, so as to promote the county branch of business transformation.In the process of development and expansion of the county branches of the ABC,the ideological and political education of employees has showed a huge role. Nevertheless,with the rapid development of banks and information technology,there are some problem existing in the ideological and political education of county branches of the ABC,mainly is taking too much emphasis on business development while neglecting the education of ideological and political, like backward education methods,Simple educational content, very low staff participation and so on. With these questions, the author tries to find the existing problem of ideological and political education of county branches staff of the ABC and to come up with countermeasures through the way of field investigation, the theoretical literature search and the comparative study method.To carry out the research on the ideological and political education of county staff in the ABC, to strengthen the staff’s ideological and political education, to improve the methods of education, to enrich the education content,to increase the degree of participation of the staff and to strengthen the effectiveness of education will not only promote the development of ideological and political education theory, but also help create conditions for the ABC’s Blue Ocean Strategy、make county branches bigger and stronger and reinforce the foundation of development of the ABC.
