Endowment Community Development And Countermeasures

Into the twenty-first Century, our entire society aging degree in the growing elderly population, increasing in size, but the nursing mode in our country are always in the nurturing type, with the continuous changes of China’s social development and population structure, means of this kind of pension gradually exposed some problems. The family pension is concerned, the biggest problem is that makes the whole family to bear a greater burden, hindering the development of China’s economy, but also makes the pension relatively low quality. So, pension of our country must change, and the direction of change is the social pension system.The social pension system of this one problem, can be summarized as pension institutions and old-age home the two modes. The so-called institutional pension, refers to a specific institution for the elderly, together with the entire group of elderly people, all kinds of pension services provided by the sharing of pension institutions; and the so-called old-age home, refers to the elderly enjoy the society provides service for the aged in the house. In the western developed countries, institutional pension gradually developed a new way, namely endowment community endowment community, this kind of mode can effectively balance the contradiction between profitability and public welfare institutions endowment, so its popular in foreign higher degree. In China, the community endowment basically is still in the pilot phase, whether in theory or in practice there are many deficiencies. In most area of our country did not build the endowment community, therefore, to solve the problem of pension in China, improving the quality, can start from the retirement community in this direction.Based on this background, the literature analysis method and case study used, on the community model are analyzed and discussed, in general, the work of this paper can be summarized into four parts, respectively: First, a brief introduction of the research background, the domestic and foreign research present situation, research method; secondly, briefly reviews the development course of endowment theory, key has carried on the detailed analysis of China’s social pension system change process, points out that the pension mode in China is gradually towards the social pension system transition, at the same time elaborated to develop the old-age community pattern in our country, laws and regulations must be perfect as support; thirdly, uses the method of case analysis, the Beijing Sun City, Shanghai Pro source are analyzed, from the main body, operation mode, service mode and investment aspects are discussed, and points out that made the two society in the process of operation and the advantages and disadvantages; finally, a detailed analysis of the social pension in our country has faced problems in the development process, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems.
