Study On The Protection Of The Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers Employment

At present, migrant workers have become a special large group, at the same time, a series of migrant workers employment problem comes, caused widespread concern in the community. With the implementation of the national introduction of the migrant workers and a series of policies and measures to increase employment, the overall situation of migrant workers employment rights and interests of migrant workers has been improved, but in the interests of labor and employment is still faced with many problems.In order to obtain a long-term mechanism to solve the problem of migrant workers’ right to employment, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis and historical analysis of relevant literature and the national policy on employment rights and interests of migrant workers and the current laws and regulations related to labor and employment rights of migrant workers to carry on the analysis, processing method and reference for similar situation of labor force transfer city urbanization in developed countries.The thesis consists of introduction, text, conclusion and references of four parts. Among them, the text is composed of four chapters.The first chapter:discusses the realistic background of the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers employment. On the one hand explains the basic situation of migrant workers, on the one hand, from the government, employers, migrant workers themselves three aspects discusses the existing problems of the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers employment.The second chapter:analysis of the employment rights and interests of migrant workers protection. Since migrant workers since the state of the migrant workers employment rights and interests changing policy, to protect the employment rights and interests of migrant workers from the current national policy analysis:the basic law of the protection of migrant workers rough to local laws and regulations on labor and employment rights and interests of migrant workers more detailed security analysis.The third chapter:a brief analysis of the system of labor protection of employment rights and interests of mass transfer process of city labor force in developed countries.The fourth chapter:through the above analysis of China’s migrant workers employment rights legal protection process, on the one hand, through our more mature policy of law, on the one hand, through the integration of the contradictions in the existing legal system of our country and unreasonable content and from foreign experience, combined with the domestic needs of leak fill a vacancy to improve the legal system of China’s migrant workers employment rights and interests.
