The trial for criminal justice and public opinion, has been subject to the concerns of the community, especially in China and vigorously promote the construction of the rule of law to deal with the relationship between the two is particularly important, Therefore, the scholars from the parsing of public opinion, public opinion of the judiciary the impact of judicial constraints on public opinion all angles of the issue. In this paper, through the study of public opinion and criminal justice trial, try to build a bridge both positive interaction.In this paper, the structure is divided into three parts:The first part is the first three chapters, the part of the first trial of public opinion and criminal justice concept, characteristics are described, made a brief analysis of the means of expression of public opinion, public opinion concept resolution.
