Research Of The Issue Of Youth Organizations In Promoting Social Inclusion Of Migrant Workers’ Trailing Offspring

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and speeding up of the process of urbanization, a lot of agricultural population migrates into city. And a large number of domestic urban population is transferring too. This is an important event in the history of China and also of the world. It may play an important role in development of China.A massive transfer of population is not only on the statistical level but also relates to problem met by vivid individuals and families in the process of migrating. The research of the issue of migrant population’s social inclusion means more attention to real demand of this group, and it is direct reflect of the concept of people-oriented idea. At the same time, the group’s own economic conditions, survival ability, psychological expectations not only affects development and future of city but also lays the foundation for the harmonious urbanization in China.The immigration problem is one of the main research directions in US, Europe and other developed countries. Although Chinese domestic flow of people has essential difference with foreign immigrant, learning from foreign experience, especially the policy of promoting social inclusion of migrant, is significant for social inclusion of Chinese migrant population and their children.Trailing offspring deepens the concept of migrant population. Their psychological state and development level will affect the future of China. And for Shanghai, some of the trailing offspring was born in and grew up in Shanghai, had been turnned into new immigrant of the city psychologically. Some families already had enough economic ability and social capital to achieve real immigration. A considerable portion of the trailing offspring has been able to realize the change from "city guest" to "city immigrant".With the increase of the opening degree of Shanghai, the amount of this group is becoming bigger and bigger. But in the process of growth, they meet various economic, social, educational and cultural problem which not conducive to social inclusion. These problem needs the whole society’s attention and help. With the development of the situation, the whole society has realized the problem faced by these children, and measure has been taken to promote social inclusion steadily.As the typical representative of youth organization in China, the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers play an important part in the case of the Party’s social management. The two organizations have significant advantage in organization and activity, can be more sensitive about the change of social groups, can do more in-depth and meticulous ideological work, can hold more open attitude to crossing regions task. Therefore they can be considered as one of the main organizations in the field of promoting social inclusion of trailing offspring. The Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers organization should change their work concept, do a good job on the coordination work, strengthen relevant work means, strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of trailing offspring and enhance their own construction. So as to effectively strengthen the service ability for trailing offspring and make their due contribution for the construction of socialist harmonious society and promoting the joint effort of the whole society to realize the "China dream".
