In recent years, with the development of the china economy, jumping progress of urbanization, urban-rural landless peasants issues are also increasingly prominent, starting from localized economic problems turned into a holistic social problems. Judging from the overall environment,the national policy on agriculture for a growing inclination to promote the abolition of agricultural tax and agriculture policies, enabling farmers both in the well-being or quality of life has greatly improved. But for landless farmers, brought on welfare policy is out of touch with them, because they lost their land survival, although a large number of landless farmers get compensation policy urbanization extension, But landless peasants living situation is worrying. Landless peasants due to their own limitations on the use of compensation there are many unreasonable, it is difficult to maintain sustainable livelihoods; hand, landless peasants in the confusion of rapid urbanization, the land compensation issue processing sloppy and difficult future sustainable livelihoods of landless peasants, have caused a problem of landless peasants continue to highlight contradictions highlight will ultimately affect the matter of landless peasants to the harmonious and stable development of society, so concerned with the study of the problem of landless peasants, real good landless peasants continuation of research in the future has a very important significance.This paper takes C city J community as the investigation object combining with the sustainable livelihood of landless peasants of Department of urban and rural problems. The questionnaire survey to all ages of the landless farmers were stratified sampling, and the 20 case investigations through professional work case interview method, summed up the J community of landless peasants status, identity and abide by the norms of behavior and social psychological adaptation degree data. On this basis, the sustainable livelihood of landless farmers problems make appropriate qualitative description. This paper tries to analysis based on empirical summary, sustainable livelihoods of quasi landless peasants to solve the subsequent life and social space and situation of landless peasants.
