Landless Peasants Status Of The Urban Fringe And Related Policy Analysis

During these years of fast development of economy, a lot of suburbs of cities has been over developed by Chinese government. As a result, many farmers lost their land, and became the focus of society. Because they lost the income of land, lack of social identity and high education level, they became a large issue of cities. Then, in this Finance Crisis, a lot of them lost their job in the cities. What they living for, how they own enough money to live suddenly become a big social problem again.As usual, most of the public policies focus on the economy effects, but ignore the social effects. So it is important to reconsider these problems through policy.In this issue, five chapters are about how these farmers live, and analysis on the public policy on them. The first chapter introduces the purpose of this essay; conclude the results of related researches. The second chapter discusses China's urbanization process, the advantage and disadvantage of recent land policy. The third chapter concludes the recent situation of farmers who lose their land. And the last two chapters analysis the internal lack of public policy, and try to reconstruct the system of career training and other systems.In conclusion, according to real investigation, and history analysis, this issue try to build some construction suggestion, and enhance the ability of execution of public policy.
