Landless peasants as China’s urbanization, a special group of the industrialization process, is a normal phenomenon in the economic development and social construction, where the key is to effectively solve the problem of sustainable livelihoods, to achieve a win-win situation between the Government and the landless peasants.Sustainable livelihood is the starting point of the policy formulation, but also is the ultimate effectiveness of the end result. I first elaborated the basic situation of the sustainable livelihoods of landless peasants, including related concepts, theories, and the status of sustainable livelihoods of landless peasants due to its importance.
