| In this thesis, Muen Community, in Xinghai Town,Shizuishan City, was chosen as the inquiri points which was participant observation, in-depth interview and case study. Respectively, the identi attribution to the new circumstance, relocation background of the labor migration led by the governme of Ningxia Autonomous Region according to the Twelfth Five-Year Plan in which aimed at moving t residents in Longde County to the new community, adapting dilemma revealed by employment ai psychological difficulties to the new circumstance, was studied from the identity lost, adapting lo society lost, existence lost and fate lost. And this paper aimed at working out effective methods to th dilemma.Longde, one of the eight State Poverty-stricken Counties, located in the southern mountaino region of Ningxia Autonomous Region.In order to promote urban-rural integration, Ningxia adopted t Relocation Mode in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan called Labor Migration, according to which peasant move into town, so that they become citizen.However, living situation of immigrant groups in the Mui Community showed that they faced plenty of difficulties and challenges on identity, social adaptatio employment options.Firstly, labor immigrant was lost in a fuzzy cognitive status on identity. Secondly,on soci adaption, labor immigration express a kind of lost in psychological adaptation for new environmei And, poor level of education and labor skills resulted to the difficulties on employment and care Finally, livelihood patterns change from farming to labor work with unusable income and reduc quality of life. So the labor immigrants appeal to back to the past.For this, the thesis is to analyze the difficulties and lost from the government, labor migration its and the Third Group, and find out the solution to promote the identity change, adaptation to t circumstance, employment options, income increase of labor immigrant. Eventually, the lab Immigrant would felt the sense of belonging to the Muen Community. |
