Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Party Building Work In Jixi City

The construction of Party organizations in urban communities is one of the important contents of the construction of the CPC,and it is a clear manifestation of the great construction project of the Party at the grass-roots level.The level of party building in urban communities reflects the modernization level of urban governance system and governance capabilities,and is more related to the ruling foundation of the party at the grassroots level in cities.Jixi City,Heilongjiang Province,as one of the important industrial city in Northeast China,is also a resource-based city dominated by coal industry.Restricted by the level of economic development,community party building is relatively backward,and community party organization construction problems emerge.Among them,the main challenges hindering the development of grassroots party organizations in J community of Jixi city are low service quality,difficulty in managing party member teams,lack of excellent talent reserves,and the need to improve party building mechanisms.By tracing back to the source,it was found that the main reasons for this were concentrated in four aspects: insufficient work ability and talent team,the complexity of community party building work itself,the complexity of urban community party member structure,and the diversified development of urban social structure.In response to the above issues,according to the basic requirements of party building work in urban communities in the new era,from four aspects: party building guidance,financial support,institutional guarantee,and technological assistance,we provide corresponding optimization paths to further improve the construction of grassroots party organizations in resource-based cities in the new era.Firstly,highlight the core position of party building leadership.Improve the self construction of grassroots party organizations,create a team of community party affairs talents,and increase publicity efforts for community party building.Secondly,increase financial support efforts.Expand the funding channels for community party building,fully utilize the overall resources within the community,and ensure the effective utilization of community party building funds.Once again,improve the system of party building work.Innovate the management mechanism of community party members,improve the mechanism of community joint construction,and establish a system for admitting community work items.Finally,use technological means.Build a new platform for party organization work,expand new channels for party member education,and form a new front for party mass interaction.
