The Research On Care Stress Of Aging People’s Family Caregivers

The population aging is a worldwide development trend. With China’s current situation, aging people’s care mode can be divided into family care, institutional care and community care. In our country, as the the real factors for rapidly growing number of elderly population, insufficient social endowment resources, imperfect social security system and so on, family care will still be the main mode of the aging people’s care. The aging people’s care is one sociality action for need invest resources of economic and labor as well as sprit and interpersonal. With fast-paced way of life in modern society, a lot of family caregivers can produce a variety of negative reactions due to aging people’s care, it is the care stress. Care stress is not only affects the quality of life of caregivers but also hurt the relationship of “caregivers-need care person”, thus affects aging people’s quality of life. Therefore research care tress of aging people’s family caregivers, put forward the support of aging people’s family caregivers pointedly, contribute to improve quality of life of aging people and their family members. This article research based on Jining city, use method of quantitative research, through questionnaire and ZBI, PAC, SCSQ, such as scale, collect various information of the samples of Jining city as basic information, care situation, care tress value, care positive aspects value and coping style value, synthesize various factors, analyze status and influence factors of care stress of aging people’s family caregivers, conclusion can be obtained:1, In general, care stress of aging people’s family caregivers be in medium to large level, and the difference of care stress of aging people’s family caregivers is bigger.2, After factor analysis, care stress of aging people’s family caregivers can be divided into three dimensions: social life stress, economic & health stress, and conscientiousness identity stress.3, No matter what pressure dimension, aging people’s family caregivers of different stress levels, their proportion of each dimension of cares tress will be different.4, Adopt the method of multiple linear regression, take care stress value as dependent variable, analysis influence factors of care stress of aging people’s family caregivers:(1) To explore influence factors in sample status, we can find bad health of aging people, bad relationship of caregivers and aging people before caregivers care aging people, more else household work of caregivers, low satisfaction of existing support, low aging people’s level education, more need knowledge and skills of care, small network of household work support, will be high care stress. The stress of care male aging people will be higher than female aging people, the stress of care aging people who have urban and local prefecture household register will be higher than rural and nonlocal prefecture household register.(2) To explore influence factors in positive aspects and coping style, we can find low positive aspects and more coping style, will be high care stress. Further analyses influence factors in different positive aspects and coping style, we can find low life outlook and more negative coping style, will be high care stress.5, Most of aging people’s caregivers consider that they obtain general level support, they expect to get focused on easing labor and provide economic support, the expect supporters is government and the community/street.
