The LS Community In Dalian Alzheimer's Old Man Family Caregivers Pressure Relief Group Work In Research

At present,in view of the social background of the continuous growth of population,the deepening of aging degree and the rising prevalence of Alzheimer's disease,the heavy care work of family caregivers for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease has become an increasingly concerned social problem.Family caregivers often face physical,psychological,social and other aspects of stress,their own health is also affected to varying degrees.Therefore,the professional intervention of family caregivers for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease should also be paid attention to by social workers.Through further combing the relevant literature research on Alzheimer's disease,the basic characteristics of caregivers,the current situation of Alzheimer's disease caregivers' stress and the current situation of family caregivers' stress relief,combined with relevant theories,this paper provides reference and inspiration for the study,and puts forward the entry point of the research.According to the stress status of the elderly family caregivers of Alzheimer's disease,43 elderly family caregivers of Alzheimer's disease were selected to conduct questionnaires and interviews in LS district of Dalian.Combined with the research and analysis of the questionnaire data and the feedback of the interview results,we further understand the specific causes of the stress of the elderly family caregivers of Alzheimer's disease in LS district.In order to relieve the care stress of family caregivers,the group work method was used to carry out a practical study on the stress relief of family caregivers for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease.Select Based on the theory of social support theory,advantage perspective theory and self-efficacy theory,8 eligible family caregivers in the LS community designed the stress relief group plan of "embracing the future hand in hand".Eight family caregivers were organized to carry out seven group activities to help them achieve a certain degree of stress relief during care.From the two aspects of process assessment and outcome assessment of group work methods involved in stress relief practice study of elderly family caregivers in Alzheimer's disease,the stress of family caregivers was relieved to a certain extent.Social workers use professional knowledge and methods to enhance the care skills,stress relief skills and effective communication skills of family carers,enhance the social interaction ability of family caregivers,help family caregivers link social resources and seek social support.Every family caregiver is working hard to consolidate the existing achievements.The overall effect is still good.
