Research On Anticorruption Intelligencefor Procuratorate Of Liupanshui

With the process of reform and open up policy entering into Water Distract,our social economy has developed continuously and then all kinds of interest conflicts have become more prominent. The crime of bribery and corruption appears to be triggered easily and the means of crime expresses more complex in the early stage of socialism.Judging from the case of bribery and corruption, criminal offenders who have the power of administrating human resource,objects and problems embezzle state-owned property by the means of abusing power for personal gain, buying and selling official positions,abusing power randomly. Due to the characteristics of bribery and corruption crime are often related to official power, interests community, violation of state-owned interests and elusiveness of harmful consequence, it brings huge challenges for investigation section.Therefore, the intelligent information work, which is the efficient way of expanding and investigating more cases, appears more important. However, the negative attitude towards to anti-corruption intelligent information and the incapability of collecting evidence in Liupanshui or even all of our country are far from the need of investigating duty crime. The narrow channels of collecting intelligent information and old-fashioned models of handling a case lead to the passive state of anti-corruption work in the long term. Not only does the behavior of bribery and corruption break party discipline and state laws, but also it influences the probity of national staff. What’s worse, it makes people lose faith for the destructed government. Therefore, it seems more important to analyze anti-corruption intelligent information from the empirical degree and strengthen the construction of intelligent information system with the purpose of fighting against bribery and corruption crime for rehabilitating the reputation of government and national staff.This paper is divided into four parts in general. The first part is the current problems of anti-corruption intelligence information work. First through the analysis of Liupanshui municipal districts within five prosecutors anti-corrupt department for nearly seven years a source of intelligence information, sums up the problems existing in current anti-corruption intelligence information work.This paper discusses the second part is the anti-corruption intelligence information work problems. From the lack of intelligence collection mechanism, to the anti-corruption department investigators the ability, the particularity of intelligence information and the characteristics of the anti-corruption work in the cause of the analysis of the current problems.The third part is through to the outside merit of investigation and study analysis, then conclude the anti-corruption work intelligence information outside of lessons.The fourth part is according to the current existing problems, and puts forward to perfect the anti-corruption intelligence information work of the solution. Including how to enlarge the sources of information, advice form intelligence information collection, analysis, management departments, set up information sharing platform, and strengthen the consciousness of the case-solving ability and intelligence of the anti-corruption investigators. This part is also an integral part of this article.
