With the increase in the number of disabled people,the demand for caring for disabled people is also increasing,but we often overlook disabled families ‘children.As a special vulnerable group,disabled families ‘children are often faced with special problems that ordinary children have never faced.For example,children with disabilities are vulnerable to psychological problems such as low self-esteem and loneliness,and good resilience can ease the face of adversity.The good resilience is conducive to the development of their physical and mental health.The purpose of this study is to study how to improve the resilience of disabled families ‘children and promote their healthy and happy growth.This research uses the social group work to study the disabled families ‘children in DF Primary School of Leping City,Jiangxi Province.Firstly,pre-measurement was carried out on disabled families ‘children and non-disabled family children by using the psychometric questionnaire for adolescents to screen disabled families ‘children with low resilience as the target of service.Secondly,from the perspectives of the case main body,family and school,the social group work aims to improve the level of resilience by raising the five factors of goal concentration,emotion control,positive cognition,family support and interpersonal cooperation,and the group conducted 6sections,Divided into the soul and self,self and parents and self and peer three process,of which the soul and self belong to the daily activities and the other two belong to the period of activities.Finally,the use of adolescent psycho-elastic measurement table for post-measurement and before and after the test data analysis.This study finds that through the social group work that focus on the psychology,family,and peers of children with disabilities,disabled families ‘children psychological flexibility can be effectively improved.Specifically,(1)In the psychological aspect,children can vent their negative emotions such as troubles and confusion in their daily lives.The level of emotional control and positive awareness has improved significantly.(2)At the family level,effective parent-child communication and parent-child relations have increased,and children's sense offamily support has improved significantly.(3)At the peer level,children's interpersonal collaboration,target concentration,and team spirit are cultivated.Through practical implementation,the study rethinks as follows:(1)Communication skills are very important in the intervention of group work,and the improvement of the psychological flexibility of the client is closely related to the construction of support networks;(2)Various groups of factors should be fully considered in carrying out special group work.In order to improve operability,it is necessary to pay attention to cultivating volunteers to ensure the sustainability of social work services.Based on the above points of view,this study proposes that the family,schools,and third-party nonprofit organizations should play a positive role and improve the relevant laws and policies.
