Evaluation of ideological and political education, a hot issue of theoretical study of ideology and politics, is also the key and difficult problems to be solved during the process of ideology and politics. Scholars explore the specialization, standardization and mode and path of scientific development of the evaluation of ideological and political education from different dimensions. According to "clarify the concept from the beginning, and then grasp the theory basis for the development of evaluation activities, after combing the development context and identify development, rational reflection and then the main problem in theoretical research and practical applications that exist in the final clear development trends" research ideas, in theory and in practice also has a certain value.First, the concept of value, evaluation, model, combined with the objectives, tasks and the nature of the evaluation of ideological and political education, scientifically defines the concept of the evaluation of ideological and political education, and further analyzes the characteristics of simulation, systematicness and procedure of the evaluation modal of the ideological and political education and explains the significance of ideological and political education research evaluation model.Secondly, the part studies the theoretical basis of modern ideological and political education evaluation model. There are three questions, critically inherits ideas and practical experience of the Chinese traditional ideological and political education evaluation, the advanced experience of western education evaluation model, the Marxist ideas about ideological and political education evaluation, in order to provide enough basis for the major issues and trends existing in the evaluation mode of ideological and political education.Again, the author review and summarize modern political thought development of educational evaluation mode clearly identifies the stages of the development of modern ideological and political education evaluation model, and objectively grasps the main point of the theoretical models and practical model of ideological and political education evaluation, and the ideological and political education in the development of the evaluation model lessons, rationally reflects real problems in practice, ideological and political education evaluation model, finds some problems in the theoretical study and practical application: the unclear concept, the single participation, incomprehensive evaluation system, unfeasible operability and unfinished scientific paradigm and so on.Finally, initial attempts to build value evaluation model generation. This explains why some of the specific value generation to build evaluation model, how to build value evaluation model generation, preliminary attempts to construct a model for the evaluation value generation model- the main type of dynamic three-dimensional evaluation model.
