In recent years, With the development and perfection of theoretical system of ideological political education, Academia has carried out a series of studies on the evaluation of ideological political education(EIPE). EIPE, as a scientific practice, is not only an important part of ideological political education system, but also an important way to assess ideological political education. Besides, as an important part of the process of ideological political education, it is a key to conduct the scientific and effective practice of ideological political education. Based on this, the author has become obviously important. On the basis of academic research, Dilemma and Solution of the Evaluaiton of Ideological Political Education explored the theory and practical significance of EIPE by different angles, so as to uncover the dilemma of ideological political education in element, benefit and standard, and find out the appropriate implementation strategy. The text is divided into four parts.Part I: the status and significance of EIPE. By analysing and summarizing the research home an abroad on IEPE, the author came to conclude its key points, directions and main viewpoints. The author paid particular attention to the analysis of domestic academia and had made summarization and categorization on the basis of stage. What's more, the auther expounded the theoretical and practical significance of EIPE from several aspects, including the mechanism , theoretical construction, development, effectiveness and educators'quality of ideological political education. This reflected the relatively theoretical statement in existence of EIPE and mapped the existing urgent problems.Part II: the dilemma of EIPE, which is the main point of the whole text. In this part, the auther first defined the defination of EIPE, the subject and object of EIPE. Second, the auther devided the dilemma of EIPE into three parts, namely element dilemma, benefit dilemma and standard dilemma. Meanwhile, the auther, one by one, expounded the dilemma of the subject and object of EIPE, the dilemma of analysing the factors which influences the benefit of ideological political education, the dilemma of discussing solutions to improve the benefit of ideological political education, the dilemma of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. From above statement of different dilemma, the author expounded the dilemma of EIPE.Part III: the standard of EIPE, which is the breakthrough and ?innovation of the essay. First, the author put forward a new standard of establising EIPE and expounded it from macroscopic standard, microcosmic standard and international standard. Furthermore, the author put forward a new exploration of realising EIPE and expounded it from establising new target of EIPE, combining process evaluation and outsome assessment, unifying quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. In this part, the author tried exploring the new standard and new target of EIPE, making a close relation to the target of evaluation and the exercise of evaluation and realising the effectiveness of EIPE.Part IV: conclusion. Based on the whole text, the author made a terse summarization of the whole text and emphasized the main point. At last, the author prospected and forecasted the future of EIPE.
