Research On The Construction Of Gannan Rural People’s Livelihood In New Period

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of the CPC, the party has always persisted in taking economic construction as the center, surrounding the historical proposition " what is socialism and how to build socialism", conbining theory and practice, making progress with the times, pursuing the truth and putting into practice, opening up a road of construction of people’s livelihood of socialism with Chinese characteristics. After the 16 th national congress of the CPC, social construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics which focuses on people’s livelihood gradually becomes an important part of the overall cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the construction of rural people’s livelihood attracted widespread attention. Gannan is not only the location of former central soviet district, but also the underdeveloped area, problems of the rural people’s livelihood in Gannan is representative. This article aims to promote the farmers themselves, fundamental organizations, social organizations and other social members to participate in the construction of rural people’s livelihood together, finding a new path for Gannan and even the whole nation.This thesis takes Marxism, Mao Zedong thought, theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide, using literature analysis, empirical analysis and other research methods to fully master the theoretical basis of social construction, based on systematic analysis of problems and causes of the construction of rural people’s livelihood in Gannan, clarifying the path for it and providing samples for the construction of our national construction of rural people’s livelihood.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, which clarifies the research background and significance, research ideas and methods, research emphases, difficulties and the current research status in the field of academy.The second part mainly describes the theory of the construction of rural people’s livelihood,summarizing from the interpretation of the concept of people’s livelihood construction, Marxism classical writers’ theory of the construction of rural people’s livelihood and constructional ideas of the rural people’s livelihood of CPC.The third part describes the developmental process of the construction of rural people’s livelihood in Gannan since the reform and opening, according to different characteristics of the construction of rural people’s livelihood in different periods, it can be divided into the type of subsistence, development-oriented type, harmony-oriented type, innovative type, and summarizing the experience and enlightenment of the construction of Gannan rural people’s livelihood in the new era.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of the construction of rural people’s livelihood in Gannan,through investigating the situations of Gannan rural education, employment, pensions, housing, health care and other aspects to analyz the accomplishments achieved by the construction of current rural people’s livelihood, the issues existed in it as well as the causes.The fifth part discusses the path which promotes the construction of rural people’s livelihood in Gannan, strengthening the party and government’s support and supervision for the construction of rural people’s livelihood in Gannan, encouraging social organizations to participate commonly and trying to strengthen the farmers’ self-developmental capacities.
