The Village Cadres Identity Of Politics Research In Southwest Frontier Ethnic Region In China

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the rapid development of economic and social, showing diversity in all areas of social trends. Diverse economic and cultural life of the people to promote political values have gradually diversified, which would weaken the people’s main political identity politics. In recent years, rural economic and social has achieved unprecedented development Southwestern Frontier region in china, Village cadres played an important role. Their as the backbone and leader of farmers, is to promote the rural economic growth, is the key and endogenous force to promote the rural harmonious development, their political identity plays an important role in rural governance.Especially in the Western rural areas, lagging behind economic development, the villagers generally low cultural level, conservative, open innovation consciousness is weak, set frontier, ethnicity and poverty in one, so the leading role of village cadres is more outstanding in the village governance and development. But by the impact of the economic and cultural diversity, part of the village cadre ideas shaking in during the reform and opening up, the country’s political value, political norms and policies identification is low even questioned, even in the rural governance in reluctant things. The village cadre as a special and independent group, in the reality of social life and in the future social development plays a unique role and effect. Their political identity status, will affect the stability of political system and social progress.This paper is divided into four parts to study the frontier minority area of village cadres of political identity. In the introduction, proposed the village cadres of political identity background and significance of the research, research status, research ideas and methods. The first chapter is expounded the theory of political identity of village cadres. The second chapter carries on the positive analysis on the frontier minority area of village cadres of political identity and its impact, base on the village cadre from the 26 village committee and 260 households survey questionnaire, visit and observation of Guangnan County of Yunnan Province. In the third chapter, discusses the path to comprehensively enhance the political identity of village cadres. For provide some theoretical support for the research on political identity of village cadres, to provide reference for effective way to improve the political identity of village cadres.
