Political identity,in short,the public support for the government.In the process of promoting the political identification,people's needs is one of the most fundamental motivation,political identity of subject and object connects with each other in the process of implementing identity and role,so as to maintain the stability of the political order and the development of community.The third plenary session of the 18 through \"the central committee of the communist party of China on comprehensively deepen reform certain major issue decision\" in put forward \"promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability,explicitly pointed that to change the functions of the primary-level government,to achieve primary-level government the value ofthe govermence of modern society.In other words,the primary-level management modernization is to complete the transition from the "management" to "service".It also means that farmers for the recognition and evaluation of township cadres will be an important indicator of the basic work of the government.Cadres in towns and villiages like an important hub between state power and farmer,up to the central and local government enforcers role,directly down to the mission of the service for the common people.The research of the farmers' identity of township and village cadres is quite important for the rural governance.Besides,we also study the background and importance of the reseach.The paper,besides introduction and conclusion,is divided into four chapters.The first chapter combs the relevant concepts and theories.Concept is the basis of the theory,generalizes the concept related to the political identification,and explains the related function of political identity.at the same time explains the related theoies in the artical.The second chapter is status quo analysis of Feixi county peasant political identity of the township and village cadres.Mainly based on twice Feixi county field investigation information.First,it points out the job duties of the local township cadres.Secondly,it summarizes the the positive feedback from the political identification subject-farmers and political identification object-township and village cadres in the process of political identity.Finally,it points out that the peasant political identity predicament faced the challenges from the political communication's trouble,thepoor public service construction,and the economic transformation.The third chapter,analysis the he influence factors of the political identity of farmers.Combining the theory analysis with the cross table(Crosstab)data analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative research,respectively,we analyzes the function and mechanism of the time factor,culture factor,system factor which inclues economic performance and public service performance and spread factors in the process of political identity.Among governments at different levels and through the comparison and analysis,we accurate grasp the influence factors in the realization of farmers' influence effectiveness of political identity for the township and village cadres.The fourth chapter tells about the basic route of optimizing peasant political identity.Comprehensively promoting the modernization of rural governance is an important measures to improve peasant political identity level,and we put forward the main mechanism of farmers' political identity the mechanism of value optimization,interest mechanism and transmission mechanism.
