It is of great significance to set up a system that we can call it the army combat psychological risk assessment, for we need to take positive measures to resist the international strategy environment which is vary from minute to minute and warfare that is phenomenally complex. The system can be helpful to improve combat capability in case of high tech multidimensional environment, so as to provide powerful strategic support for the national economy development and social stability. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the combat psychological risk of our army, we put forward main targets of our system, with these target, we set up army combat psychological comprehensive quality risk assessment target system. Our system can be divided into two layers, the first layer include four principles: psychological quality, psychological emergency ability, mental capacity and Psychology of intelligence; and the second layer include sixteen principles: physical quality, will quality, combat skills, team cooperation ability and so on. We construct our army combat psychological risk assessment by using analytic hierarchy process method, before we provide a reasonable evaluation we also need to rate combat risk level with a sample of the soldiers. We conduct consistency test about our system to confirm whether our system is effective or not. Our goal is reached on the assessment of the soldiers, thus this work can avoid of unnecessary casualties in wars, can reduce suddenly factors, can improve psychological qualities of soldiers, can be useful to psychological training for combat, also can optimize reply ability when in the situation of decision-making.
