Opportunities And Risk Analysis Of Combat Based On OODA Loop

The analysis of opportunity and risk of combat is helpful to the military combat planning and the analysis of opportunity and risk of combat based on OODA loop is of great significance.Therefore,a powerful means to predict opportunities and risk of combat is needed to identify and evaluate opportunities and risk of combat.And make sure of having a definite object in view.This thesis firstly explains the concept of combat planning.Based on network warfare confrontation,a process framework of joint combat planning stage is proposed,which includes: putting forward important decision points,generating enemy-ourselves combat network,quantitative analysis of combat network,trade-off screening combat analysis.And based on this process framework,the concept of combat unit and combat process are described,and a complex combat network modeling method(TSDI)based on target,sensor,decision-making unit and influence unit is proposed and implemented.At the same time,the enemy-ourselves combat network is constructed according to the generation rules of network model,so that those nodes that can cooperate closely with each other can form OODA loop to achieve the goal of systematic combat.At the same time,the relevant data of nodes in the combat network are stored in the database as the fact of expert system.The combat network also provides the basis for expert scoring in the opportunity and risk of combat.What's more,the development tool of CLIPS expert system is introduced.By the information of combat network,obtain the facts and rule base of expert system.The reasoning engine is designed by using forward reasoning and width first search.So the OODA loop can be constructed by rule reasoning engine.Opportunities and risk of combat are identified from three aspects of observing,deciding and acting in the OODA loop of rule reasoning.The hybrid programming of CLIPS and C++ is realized by embedding of dynamic link library.The system is developed on Qt platform and MySQL is selected as database system platform.Compared with the previous research,it is the first time to complete the system implementation of OODA loop based on rule reasoning.Indicators of Opportunities and risk of combat are established.A two-level system of opportunity and risk assessment is established by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The weights of indicators are quantitatively analyzed.Opportunity and risk assessment model by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy synthesis provides the evaluation index for evaluating the rationality of the combat plan of the army,and the suggestions for opportunity and risk response are given.
