An Analysis On College Community Party-building Mechanism

With the universal implementation of the college logistics socialization reform and credit system, college student community not only becomes the main place of study and living, but also an important position of ideological and political education. The building work of The Communist Party of China in college community is an important part of the Party-building work in college. Its role of educating meets the aggregate effects in college ideological and political education. In college, the Party-building work should be focused on the Party-building of college students’community, and the exploration of the of party college community Party-building mechanism should be conducted. The problem to be solved in this paper is how to extend the Party-building work into the college community, to establish appropriate mechanisms and get effective implementation.In this paper, an in-depth research on the mechanism of college community Party-building work has been done around the topic of college community Mechanism with the guidance of the Marxist world outlook and methodology. The methods of surveys and research and literature research have been adopted in this paper. This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, which describes the reason for choosing this topic, analyzing the research status at home and abroad on this subject, to put forward ideas and research methods for this study.The second part defined the concept of the Party-building work in college community and the related contents to the subject. It analyzed the significance of college student community Party-building work, so that a better understanding of what is meant by college student community Party-building work and the function it was given.In the third part, an empirical research on the current status of college community Party-building mechanism had been done. And the status of the implementation of college community Party-building mechanism had been analyzed objectively. In general, the college community Party-building work gained fine effects, achieved some practical results, but there are still some outstanding issues. The issues are:the insufficient of the integration of the Party-building mechanism, the imperfect of team building, the imperfect of protection mechanism, the lack of supervision mechanism, the insufficient of cultural atmosphere, and so on. To provide a strong objective basis for the next argument, this paper analyzed the reasons for the existing problems.The fourth part, which put forwards the implementation approach of college community Party-building mechanism, is the focus of the article. The article proposed the basic ideas on college community Party-building mechanism based on the previous paper. In order to provide theoretical reference for the further improvement of college community Party-building mechanism, this part carried out exploration on college community Party-building work mechanism from the following seven aspects:the organization, team building, co-ordination mechanism, material security, education environment, information networks and evaluation mechanism.
