Democratic Parties Participating In Making Public Policy

The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system is a basic political system of China. They also are the characteristics of the Chinese political party system. The democratic parties participating in the development of public policy is the important way to realize the system and the main embodiment. Nowadays, the development of society and economy is rapid, the extent of the reform and opening up is deepening.In the process of making public policy, it needs more active participation of the democratic parties, the democratic parties can play the role of the think-tank and the talent pool.This dissertation will adopt the method of combining theory with practice, using the related theory and policy of the democratic parties participate in political, using case analysis, the methods of literature research, systems analysis, analysis the effectiveness of the democratic parties to participate in public policy making. Summarizes the status and validity of Nanning democratic parties’participation in public policy making, analyze the existing problems of Nanning the democratic parties’participation in public policy making. From the angle of mechanism, system, environment, knowledge, explore the factors that influence the democratic parties exert its effect in the process of participating in public policy making. Finally, from four angles of strengthen the function of interests on behalf of workers, perfecting the system arrangement, improve the democratic parties participate in capacity, optimize the external environment, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the democratic parties participate in public policy making. This paper has positive significance for rich relevant theories of the democratic parties, can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the democratic parties’participation in making public policy.
