Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Democratic Parties Participating In Public Policy Formulation Based On Jinan’s Parties

Public policy is the authoritative distribution of social public interests by the public administration,which concerns every citizen.Adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a major premise of my country’s political party system.Under this premise,the new socialist party system with Chinese characteristics has gradually developed,and the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system has become a basic political system in my country.my country’s democratic parties are different from Western countries.my country’s democratic parties are all participating political parties and their nature is a political alliance.In the process of our country’s policy formulation,the democratic parties occupy a pivotal position.Democratic parties participate in the process of government public policy formulation through suggestions and suggestions.Members of democratic parties are not only special masses,they represent the public to participate in public policy formulation,express the interests and demands of the public,and improve the legitimacy and credibility of policies.The main idea of this paper is to collect data,analyze data,ask questions,analyze problems,and explore countermeasures.Taking Jinan City,Shandong Province as an example,it collects the data and relevant typical cases of the democratic parties at the Jinan municipal level participating in public policy formulation in the past five years.Starting from the actual situation of the participation of democratic parties in Jinan,try to sort out the current situation,compare the development process vertically from the aspects of system mechanism and organizational development,and compare the participation situation in the past five years horizontally from the aspects of channels,form content,focus,participation stage,etc.The practice situation of Jinan City is analyzed from each link of the public policy formulation process.Combined with the questionnaire survey and interviews,it is found that there are certain problems in the actual participation process.It will provide some help for exploring the practice and promote the more democratic,scientific and standardized formulation of public policies in my country.
