This abstract will show the research of intellectual property infringement through three main parts, such as characteristics, types and recognized standards, and all these are related to 3D printing technology. It is expounded the necessity of improve the system of intellectual property infringement in 3D printing environment, and make special recommendations for this system.This abstract is divided into four parts:The first part shows that the present situation of development and the legal risks of 3D printing, and shows the basic profile, characteristics and develop trend of domestic and international of 3D printing as well. These parts prompt the legal risks that 3D printing technology may be encountered.The second part is talking about patent infringement of 3D printing.3D printing is different with traditional printing, in fact,3D printing is to build. So the infringement of object is may be not only the exterior design, but also include the invention of produce, the method of invention, the utility model patents and amongst others of internal structure of produces. Today,3D printing equipment has become increasingly common. In our daily life, the machine manufacturing costs have been decreased a lot, and its not difficult to manufacture like the past. Plus, the increasing number of consumers are beginning to join in the ranks of manufacture, and followed by a continuous occurrence of patent infringement cases. This part summarizes the characterized of patent infringement in 3D printing environment and three types of patent infringement, and analyze the recognition of 3D printing patent infringement. And finally, there are three suggestions are put forward for improve the patent system in 3D printing environment of our country.The third part describes that the problem of copyright infringement of 3D printing. A three-dimensional object can be constructed by 3D printing directly. From a technical process point of view,3D printing principles are not actually linked to the copyright, nevertheless, those preconditions and results, that to be referenced in the process of using technology, which may have a great probability to infringe the copyright of others. This part analyzes the causes and types of copyright infringement in 3D printing environment and the recognition of 3D printing copyright infringement, in order to improve the copyright system of our country.The fourth part shows that the trademark infringement of 3D printing. There are a lot of uncertainty elements during using process of the trademark, reason is the special print process of 3D printing. Thus causing a risk of trademark infringement or is not conducive to use the trademark right rightful. This part analyzes the types of trademark infringement in 3D printing environment, and the recognition of 3D printing trademark infringement, in order to improve the trademark right system of our country.
