China is an agricultural country and agriculture is directly related to the foundation of national stability and prosperity since ancient times. The rural society built on the agriculture is the basic support ensuring the stability of regime and society. So how to conduct rural governance effectively, ensuring the stability and prosperity of the country has always been the problem that a ruler must face and think about in each period, which still has strong practical significance in the contemporary.In currently, the study of rural governance is in the ascendant. In this situation, through the study of enterprise which is an unique power of rural governance to show their different paths and modes and to light the inherent demands and reasons of enterprises in different periods of the rural governance. The exploration and summary of their experiences can provide a positive role in building a new socialist countryside, guiding social forces to participate in rural governance under the trend of promoting agriculture by industry and promoting the rural areas by urban areas.This paper uses the methods of empirical research, case analysis and literature analysis, and leads to the deep exploration to the path that the enterprises participate in rural governance through focusing on the key analysis about the fresh pattern of China resources hope town, thus expecting to explore common feasible experience that enterprise involved in the rural governance.
