Study On The Of Beautiful Countryside Governance Of Guzhu Town In Heyuan City

China is an agricultural country,and the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the focus of the state.Whether rural society can be built well depends on whether the Chinese dream can be realized.The governance of Beautiful villages has rich connotation,which is not only the inherent requirement of improving the living environment in rural areas,but also an important part of promoting the balanced development of urban and rural areas.In the report to the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China in 2012,the state reiterated the importance of rural social governance.In 2013,the state of rural construction further deployment,emphasizes to carry out the new rural construction around the long-term and arduous sex,request the government especially the grassroots government at various levels shall provide guidance,scientific planning,mechanism,highlight key,overall coordination,governance problems existing in the countryside,and clear the obstacle of rural construction process,beautiful comprehensively improve the rural ecological environment,living environment and mental outlook.Based on the investigation of Guzhu town in Heyuan city,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of governance of Guzhu town's Beautiful villages through typical investigation method and comparative analysis method after the basic research on the background,purpose,significance and domestic and foreign studies of the governance of Guzhu town.In view of the insufficiency of government governance capability,the village committee's role is not prominent,and the consciousness of villagers' subject is not high,the analysis is mainly made by the government to attach importance to economic results,but to service planning.Poor organization of village committee and lack of rural talents;The villager consciousness is not high,main body position is absent cause.Based on the theory of rural governance and the theory of service-oriented government,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the governance problems of Beautiful villages in Guzhu town,that is,to improve government planning and service level and actively expand financing channels.Strengthen the construction of village committees and optimize the structure ofvillage cadres;The masses are the subject of governance in Beautiful villages.
