The rural land property rights is the basis of village autonomy, the rule is not clear condition, property rights will have an impact on the village autonomy.The village land property right change is the essence of the township government, village organizations and villagers for the game around the land property rights, land property right unit change led to the change of village governance unit, which is induced by factors of great interest.In this paper, Xinyi city in western Guangdong town village money as a case study, changes in the process of the village land property right unit out, change of township government,village organizations, the villagers and the process of the three party property rights of rural land property rights attitude or consciousness changes, analysis of the impact of property right unit changes on village governance pattern, and to explore the relationship between property rights and tension unit and control unit.
