Research On Multi-Subject Cooperative Governance Of Unit Community From The Perspective Of Multi-Center Governance

Unit community is a special product of the planned economy era in China.Since the reform and opening-up,with the reform of the system and social transformation,the unit system has been digested,and the "unit-run society" has been transformed into "community-run society".Units have gradually stripped away the various social functions they had assumed.Many old units and communities tend to be marginalized and underprivileged,and community governance is facing many problems.Community is the cell of society,and community governance is the basis of social governance.Nowadays,Chinese society is in the transitional period.It is of great significance to pay attention to unit community,improve and innovate unit community governance,and realize its governance transformation for building a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,promoting the process of urbanization and accelerating the realization of modernization.This paper chooses Y community in Eastern District of Panzhihua City as the typical case study object,adopts field observation method and in-depth interview method,and Studies Unit Community Governance under the guidance of multi-center governance theory.Firstly,consulting and sorting out the relevant literature of unit community and community governance,and doing some research on multi-center governance theory;secondly,summarizing the basic situation of Y community governance,and deeply analyzing the governance subject and governance mechanism of Y community;thirdly,based on the perspective of multi-center governance theory,analyzing the problems and causes of Y community governance;On the basis of conforming to China's national conditions and the reality of Panzhihua area,respecting the interests of the community and satisfying the people's needs for a better life,and through the theoretical perspective of multi-center governance,this paper proposes to cultivate multi-subject community governance,to establish a mechanism conducive to promoting the benign interaction and cooperation of multi-subject governance,to optimize the multi-center governance system of the unit community,and to strengthen community public participation,etc.Suggestions on strengthening the cooperative governance of multi-subjects in unit communities.
