The Studying Of Administration Subject And Behavior In Social Governance

Social governance theory comes from the development of management theory.Inthe West, it has long been the theory of good governance and democratic theory, inChina, building service-oriented government has been involved in the content ofsocial governance. Social governance is different from traditional administration ornew public management theory, they have different theoretical premise, differenteffects and different impacts on social practice. When running administrativepower,do social governance has any effect? When administrative power changes,arethe structure of administrative subjects adapt to the changes? As to the administrativebehavior, what adjustments should be done in the social governance? Part The first chapter, first define therelevant concepts, distinguished rule, administrative and governance, socialgovernance, social governance model for analysis, from the goals, rules andgovernance conducted three aspects of social governance content analysis, the author proposed understanding of social governance.The second chapter combines the administrative subject of administrative lawand its behavior in different social changes in the nature of the comparative analysisof the power of openness, diversification of the administrative subject of socialgovernance, personal, administrative co-operative way of behavior tendscharacteristics. The third chapter is focused on the contents of this article, theadministrative subject for analysis of governance in our society, in order to influencesocial governance of the executive power as a breakthrough into the socialgovernance in the administrative body shall provide public services to enhance publicwelfare functional requirements, in this established on the basis of social governancein diverse administrative subject. Through the necessity and feasibility of the mainstructure of the executive summary of a foreign country, as well as the administrativesubject established by our diversity, made their bold vision. The fourth chapter mainlyaffect the aforementioned social governance based on executive power, discusses theimpact of social governance by administrative means behavior change fromcompulsory to non-compulsory, flexible behavior becoming increasingly prominent,and the public, public participation, and convenience of administrative behaviorgovernance will be administratively social behavior change inevitable,and conform tothe social governance way of administrative behavior.
