The Research Of Class Differentiation Of The Markets Type Villages In The South Of Henan Province

Since the reform and opening,with China’s economic and social development, class differentiation appeared quickly in China’s rural areas. The class differentiation of markets type village in rural areas is especially promitent.The object of study of this thesis is the state of class differentiation of the markets type villages in the south of Henan province.Research method of case analysis is adopted in this paper.By analysing the state of class differentiationin of a markets type village in the south of Henan province, which is named Zangji village,I intend to discover the state of class differentiationin and the problems of the market villages in the south of Henan province. The purpose of the paper is to promote the markets type villages to achieve rational class differentiationin,and promote positive operation and coordinated development of this type village eventually. This thesis is divided into five parts:Chapter Ⅰ:In this chapter,the research purpose and research meaning of the paper is pointed out.Research productions and research status of related questions of scholars at home and abroad is discussed. The problems and deficiencies of the current studies are pointed out. Research method and theory evidence are related and analyzed.Innovation points and deficiencies of the paper are pointed out.Chapter Ⅱ:In this chapter, the situation of Zangji village is introduced briefly. The unit of stratification and the method of sample drawn in this study are introduced. The related notions are defined.Chapter Ⅲ:In this chapter,from three aspects---occupation, income and consumption,the state of class differentiationin of Zangji village is depicted.The traits of stratified differentiation of Zangji village are summarized on this basis.Chapter Ⅳ:In this chapter,I discoursed upon the influencing factor of class differentiationin of Zangji village,and analyzed factors that affect class differentiationin of Zangji village,such as the differences of quantity of resources, the desirability of possessing more resources, the transformation of differentiation criterion, the differences of the structure of individual competence in different era,replacement of higher repayment occupations. On this basis, the relationship of these factors and social transformation is discussed.Chapter Ⅴ:In this chapter, I discussed the problems that exist in the class differentiation of Zangji village. I Carried on the thorough discussion of the problems from three aspects.First,the comprehensive social stratification system have not been completely established in the process of class differentiation of Zangji village. Second,the phenomena of resource monopoly and Class curing are serious. Third,the positive role of education for class differentiation of Zangji village is weakening.Chapter Ⅵ:In this chapter, Aiming at the problems in the Chapter Ⅵ. I put forward some countermeasures and suggestions which can promote reasonable class differentiationin of the markets type villages in the south of Henan province. The identification systems of technical qualifications of the peasant-worker should be established and perfected. Social security system should be further improved.Government should establish a reasonable land circulation system. The current education system should be reformed. Zangji village should play its local traffic advantages to promote its development. Zangji village should promote the local industrial development. The modernization of farmers’ideas should be improved. Government should increase vocational training and guidance to farmers and so on.
