Public security colleges are the cradle of training of the party and the people’s loyal guards, and it undertakes the training of safeguarding national security, social stability needed for the composite type, special applied talents demand responsibility. In the cultivation of students’ professional ability at the same time, but also cultivate students’ mental qualities and moral personality of public security colleges, and it is necessary to have engaged in public security work.Core values can influence long-term and stable from the deep to the group or individual value orientation and idea, and it is the core concept and value system, and it is the dominant role of value system. Core values of police fundamentally determines and reflects the people’s police’s political stance, ideal and belief and pursuit of value, is the inherent requirement of the team construction and public security work, leading the people’s police behavior and moral, is a kind of reflect the essential requirements of public security work under the new situation. So, the core value of times and society requires us to cultivate police college students’ outlook, improve public security college students occupation, political literacy, the thought of the unity of their core value system to the majority of the people’s police generally agree to.In this paper, through a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research, in the integration of relevant theoretical knowledge and survey students in public security colleges in our country at the present stage, the core values of the status quo of the basic training, training of students in public security colleges in China from the aspects of cultivating core values of the school management and sound students self-discipline puts forward improvement measures to improve. The qualitative research involves market economy, network information, public security colleges, core values and core values of culture connotation, data statistics and analysis of the related theories, concepts and analysis methods; quantitative study mainly through targeted survey, through data analysis and sorting, master students in Public Security Colleges of our core values cultivation situation, points out the deficiency, and puts forward some corresponding measures for improvement.This paper firstly points out the background and significance of the topic, research methods, research ideas, writing training situation of public security college students core value framework, innovation at home and abroad. The necessity and feasibility of connotation, and then from the core values cultivation management path, the police college students core value training have carried out a systematic explanation on the public security college students core value cultivation management related theory. Secondly, the design of the questionnaire, and concept analysis, value orientation, value realization ways of analysis and Empirical Analysis on personal skills training analysis, interpersonal relationship takes teacher level, the role of teaching and other aspects from the value of life, so as to find out the cause of the present stage of China’s public security college students core value missing. Finally, from the University of the cultivation and management of sound and students self-discipline improving the culture to the students’ core values in two aspects and puts forward measures for improvement.This paper surveys the study found that the value of students in public security colleges in our country present stage view seriously lack, mainly manifested in the following aspects:the students in public security colleges still exists, the money worship, power worship, pleasure seeking and other bad habits, are not willing to work with others, personal value and social value on above, spiritual awareness is not high. In the self and society, material and spirit, personality and commonness of choice, more would choose the former; cultivate the students in public security colleges generally more attention to professional skills, but too much desire and the importance of knowledge and skills, but also reflected the students of political and other social activities of the marginal psychology; employment pressure is the main source of Police College Students’ life stress, universal attention of dormitory interpersonal relationship among its members, when the problems tend to ask for help from classmates and friends, rather than to the teachers and psychological experts tell.This paper analyzes the cause of the present stage of China’s public security college students lack of core values are:1, cultural factors:in modern society, postmodernism, networking, informationization, multi culture and core value of public security college students view has caused great shock.2, the contemporary society, the values education marginalization, grammaticalization, values education space is occupied.3, the method of values education and the content of distortion, biased.Finally, recommendations, should take the following measures to cultivate the core value of public security college students view:1, the school cultivation management perfect:perfect quantitative assessment mechanism, carry out the innovation education management mode, create six platform, to carry out a variety of classroom activities, give full play to the role of traditional culture point.2, student autonomy improvement:to advanced models for example, actively participate in policing practice, correct attitude to life, to develop a good style of work, treat correctly the value conflict, strengthening humanistic quality.The innovation point of this article mainly manifests in following several aspects:1, the core values of police college students the necessity and feasibility of training were analyzed;2, design the questionnaire, to understand and grasp the police college students’ values and their value judgment, evaluation and selection criteria; training of students in Public Security Colleges of our core value outlook3, respectively, from the University of the cultivation and management of student discipline improved sound and put forward the improvement proposal.
