Empirical Study On The Vocational Colleges’ SWOT Personnel Training Mode Of Hotel Managemen Major In Hebei Province

Currently, China is now being in a critical period when it’s been transforming to a great power both in economy and human resources. A large amount of highly skilled talents, especially those who behold strong professional skills and who can directly meet their positions’requirements, are badly needed by the Social economical development. Higher vocational education trains the applied and specialized talents in higher technology who exactly suit the needs of the forefront of production, construction, management and service and who develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically.Hotel industry’s development provides a good space for the development of hotel management in our higher vocational education. While economy grows rapidly, how should we build and apply the teaching mode of "cooperation of colleges and enterprises" and the personnel training mode of "combination of work and learning"? How should we integrate further higher vocational education with productive and social practice? How should we change the heavy population burden into human resources? While lessening the financial burden on families and society, how should we train builders and successors with appropriate competence? By making full use of different teaching resources and environments between colleges and industries or enterprises,"cooperation of colleges and enterprises" in higher vocational colleges is a teaching mode which mainly aims at cultivating practical gradates for industries and enterprises. By adapting to demand of economic development, the teaching mode of Cooperation of Colleges and Enterprises in higher vocational education is the only road to coordinate the development of educational resources and social aims.
