Research On The Support Of Education And Training Equipment In Public Security Colleges And Universities

Police education and training is placed in a leading,basic and strategic position in the construction of public security team,and which presents the fundamental way to improve the combat effectiveness of public security team.Regarding that the social stability situation,violent and terrorist criminal activities bring challenges to the public security work as well as the construction of the public security team,a problem is arousing that the police officers are unable,unskilled and scared to handle.The casualties caused for the lack of proficiency and practical experience are extremely in a high level.Public Security Colleges and Universities are the main training bases for police professionals.We should strengthen the scientific,standardized and practical construction of police student's training,and attempt to extract high quality police force and practical effectiveness from various training elements.A good preparation can boost the work coping down.Following with the pace of reforming,it is urgent and important for national public security colleges and universities to establish a hierarchical,practical and moderately leading support system of education and training equipment for public security colleges and universities.This study is based on the understanding and analysis of the connotation of public security colleges and universities education training equipment support.The factors that affect education training equipment support in public security colleges and universities in China are discussed,through researching existing literature data,interviewing experts,scholars,police officers and police cadet and analyzing the relevant condition in equipment founded on the method of SWOT.Then,it builds a theoretical model in the view of the theory of logistics used to deploy deductive hypothesis and concluded factors.Meanwhile,this study,designs factor questionnaire.After distributing and recycling,it uses SPSS and AMOS data statistical software to test reliability and conduct,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and adjustment effect analysis.In the end,this paper makes a summary and puts forward series of countermeasures and suggestions.The main research conclusions can be recorded in fourfold: first,the primarily influencing factors to education and training equipment support in public security colleges the influencing degree of various factors in numerical order is respectively the equipment standard,teaching level of instructors,equipment management personnel diathesis,equipment storage conditions,scientific and technological environment,Equipment training ground,equipment support department's attention,the social environment;The second,among the controllable variables,the equipment support in local colleges and universities is actually better.Compared with the central part of China,the equipment support in the northwest is worse.Gender,age,position and educational background have no significant influence on the equipment support.;Fourthly,the equipment training placed have an negative regulating effect on the influence of the coaches' teaching level upon the equipment support and in the same time the equipment standard has a significant positive regulating effect on the influence of the equipment support department's degree of attention upon the equipment support.In the light of the research conclusion,this study prompt countermeasures and suggestions for the education and training equipment support in public security colleges and universities totally from five aspects: management system,Talent team construction,equipment deployment standard formulation,infrastructure construction and equipment operational construction.
