Research On Government’s Public Crisis Covernance From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

In a particular social environment, public crisis is catastrophic events that endanger social order and public security. Our country is in a crucial period of social transition and economic transformation which brings contradictions and social problems. Public crisis events emerge and influence the development of social economy. It means that the government has to make efforts to handle the management of public crisis. Therefore, governments’ management methods from the single joint to the diversified subject is of great significance.The paper emphatically introduces the integrality theories of government public crisis management, which puts forward an analysis framework. Based on the holistic governance theory, this paper views the government public crisis management in a practical way.Finally, through the above analysis, this paper puts forward the the principle of government’s public crisis governance and explores its transformation in order to improve the government’s ability to guard against and defuse the crisis, maintaining the social stability and harmony.
