Research On Rural Governance In China From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

China is a large agricultural country, and rural governance has always been the attention of the party and the state, which is an important part of national governance. Although villages in China implement "Township village governance" management system at present which put villagers’autonomy as the main carrier and also made great achievements,with the development of rural economy and the change of rural social structure, the limitations of "Township village governance" also shows up.Therefore it is necessary to find new rural governance model to solve these governance issues.From the perspective of holistic governance theory and taking A village as an example,this paper makes in-depth analysis of various aspects of rural governance in theory and make the overall analysis about the situation of rural governance using the research methods of sociology and political science.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarize the relevant research background,research significance and the general situation of research on rural governance at home and abroad,then makes a detailed analysis of the relevant theory which will be used in the related concepts and researches,so as to make the conceptual and theoretical foundation for the study,and also briefly introduces the condition of the research object A village.The second part mainly analyzes the fit of holistic theory and the governance of A village,which answers the question:why holistic governance can be used to analyze the governance of A village.The third part analyzes the organization structure and operation mechanism of the governance of A village from the static,and analyzes the relationship between the township government and village-level organizations in detail.The fourth part analyzes the problems and crisis which A village is facing with in the process of rural governance from the dynamic,and briefly analyzes the reasons of those crisis.The fifth part introduces the four popular rural governance model in the academic community. Through the analysis of these governance patterns,the purpose is to give rise to rethink about the village governance of A village.
