Research On The Optimization Of XX Government Hotline Process From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

The rise of the government hotline conforms to the needs of the times,which makes it more convenient and direct for the goverment to provide services to the public,forming an effective institutional outreach-cycle,helping public administrations to identify problems and make timely adjustments and solutions.In China,the government hotline has a history of 40 years,this article will discuss and study from the origin,development and existing problems of the government hotline,set xx hotline as an example,give a detailed discussion and research,and in the overall governance vision,through the analysis of the causes of the problem of the government hotline,try to propose an effective solution,in order to optimize the process of the government hotline and ultimately provide public services.There are six chapters in this paper,the first chapter first expounds the reasons and background of the topic selection,combined with the current research situation at home and abroad,indicating that the study of the government affairs hotline has strong practical significance;the second chapter introduces several major concepts and theories involved in this article,and at the same time expounds the relevance and applicability of these theories and government hotlines;the third chapter introduces the research object XX hotline in detail,mainly introducing its business scope,business data,etc.;the fourth chapter is from the perspective of holistic governance.The problems existing in the XX hotline,that is,the government affairs hotline,are described in detail,and the reasons for the above problems are analyzed;the fifth chapter introduces the situation of excellent government hotlines at home and abroad and points out the places where they can be used for reference;and finally the sixth chapter,combined with the overall governance theory,is aimed at promoting public governance,and proposes improvement measures for theprocess and development of the XX hotline,that is,the government affairs hotline.
