Research On The Countermeasures Of Communist Youth League Service Youth Entrepreneurship

Currently, the problem of employment is facing severe situation. Those problems such as the difficulty of youth’s employment, high unemployment rate, drew society’s close attention. In this context, the way that entrepreneurship drives employment can effectively release the pressure of youth employment.To research the subject of Communist Youth League how to help youth entrepreneurship better. this thesis uses literature research to comb the study achievements of youth entrepreneurship both at home and abroad. From Communist Youth League’s nature and its functions orientation, it’s own advantages and social significance, the thesis illustrates why Communist Youth League can serve youth entrepreneurship, what can they do. And then introduces how to serve youth entrepreneurship from the perspective of youth group who are served by taking Communist Youth League of Sanming City as an example. This thesis get to know those aspects such as young people’s viewpoints on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship’s surrounding and their demands in Sanming city by using questionnaire survey and interview. Based on these study, the thesis analyses the reasons why Communist Youth League of Sanming City doesn’t do well in serving youth entrepreneurship and then find out their real demands of youth entrepreneurship. From the aspects of the system guarantee, fund raising, project breeding and entrepreneurship training,.the thesis gives some concrete measures on Communist Youth League serves youth entrepreneurship.This paper bases on the demand of youth entrepreneurship. It understands and masters the real and timely need of youth entrepreneurship and then find proper measures to promote of Communist Youth League’s service. As one of the biggest and the most important organization of the young in China, it needs to have strong problem consciousness. Also it should find out the problems promptly during it helps youth entrepreneurship. Combining useful measures and demands of youth entrepreneurship, To promote the development of youth entrepreneurship, Communist Youth League should combine useful measures and demands of youth entrepreneurship through optimizing entrepreneurship surroundings.
